Great spot for mine bouillie. Food is fresh, delicious and value for money. Always busy with long queues that moves quickly as they manage orders very efficiently. Decent seating arrangement and menu is varied- lots of options and toppings to choose from.

Selven Snack is small, cozy place with limited seating that serves some of the best authentic, local Mauritian dishes. From Mine Frit to Bol Renversé & Boulette, their menu is packed with authentic local dishes, all served at affordable prices. We tried the Mine Bouillie Poulet and Riz Frit Poulet et Oeuf. The Mine Bouillie was the best we've had on the island. Tender noodles in a rich broth, crispy sesame chicken, a medley of boulettes, and a perfectly fried egg made for a comforting and flavorful meal. If you're in Pamplemousses, this location is definitely worth a visit.

We tried the fried rice with eggs and fried noodles with eggs — both were really tasty and satisfying. You’ll find a wide variety of Mauritian cuisine here, and everything is full of flavour. The only downside is the parking, which can be a bit tricky. But overall, it’s definitely worth a visit for a delicious local meal.

Super Authentic place close to the Botanical Gardens. It was recommended to us by the hotel staff and we loved how local it was. Really busy but quick service and great value local food. Not a fancy place but authentic.
